අරාබි රටවල ප්‍රධාන ආහාර වේලකි මෙය.. පහසුවෙන් මෙම බත හදන්න ඕනෑම කෙනෙක්ට ප්ලුවනි.ඔබත් හදල රස බලන්න.තවත් අයට ශෙයාර් කරන්න.ස්තුතියි

1 chicken whole
big onion 3 pieces
garlic 14 pieces
tomato 1 pieces
cordamon
clove 2 pieces
black pepper 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1 /2 tsp
cinnamon sticks 1 pieces
curry leaves 2 pieces
white flour 2 tbsp
turmeric1tbsp
salt 1 1/2 tbsp
cooking oil for fry
and spry for chicken
tomato paest 3 tbsp
food color or safran
some mint leaves .
