Hey Workout Partners! Join me for a 30 Minute Low Impact Strength and Cardio Workout! We have 6 Circuits. 2 exercises each circuit and we will go through each circuit 3 times! Each Circuit will last for 30 seconds and will be followed by 15 seconds rest.

Workout:

Circuit 1
Shuffle w/Knee
Knee Pump Shoulder Press

Circuit 2
Hi-Low Jacks
One Leg Forward Stiff Leg Deadlifts

Circuit 3
Windmill Lunges
Back Row to Upright Row

Circuit 4
Quick Feet w/ 3 Punches and a Kick
Squat w/ Front Raise

Circuit 5
3 Squats w/ Twist
Bicep Curl w Triceps

Circuit 6
Cross Leg w/ 2 Low Squat
Squat Calf Raises

Abs:
Standing Knee to Elbow

Level: All Levels
Equipment: Dumbbells
Intensity: Low
