The Willimantic Police Department is now trying to screen complaints, i guess? It appears like the public isn't happy, as they rightfully should be. So they're now asking people if they "live in Willimantic." Well, you're allowed to file complaints anonymous, so you can do that. Or just google Maps Willimantic and pick a street.

Once again, we have Willimantic's worst cop acting up here in Connecticut. This is what we pay this fool good money to go out and do. Who's serving, or helping , or "protecting" by doing this? No one, he's simply trying to stack his resume so he can be a narc. Isn't that hard when no one keeps track of your mistakes and you stop and search any and everyone you want. I mean, it's literally like shooting fish in a barrel. And it's very clear he gets "privileges." I mean, who else at the PD goes and hides in the poor neighborhoods and stop and harass whoever they want? Who else gets repeatedly complained about? But this is exactly what the department wants. Let's be honest Willimantic is not that bad, and not half of what it was 10 years ago. They need to do things like this to make it look like they actually have problems. They actually work. You know they always need "more money", which how do they do that? Pretend like there's more crime, and they need more resources. This has been going on for too long. These dudes are lazy, basically farming the town. They know it's all addicts, immigrants, and poor people. They know no one is going to have the means to do anything about it. This is for news and educational purposes, as always. This is why it is important for people to know know their rights and the laws just as much. Who will if you don't? Look at all the mistakes we've seen by Giller, how many times he's violated someone's rights blatantly, how many laws he breaks on a daily basis. And he's a "training officer"? 3 years in? In any real career, he'd still be in college or an apprentice, ant getting no license in 2 years. But we know better than to expect more out of him.
