OptiThreading™ enables production of threaded features without chip jamming in a simple workflow:

1) Select manufacturing preconditions and define the thread in web-based software CoroPlus® Tool Path.
2) Export NC code and start machining.

Efficient chip-breaking is achieved as the cutting tool repeatedly moves in and out of cut during each pass.
