Rewrote detection algorithm again to simply process for detecting a solid vs a stripe.

Implemented a ratio comparison that compares the color mask with the combined white and color mask. if the area comes back more than 1.3 x the size of the color mask alone, it is categorized as most likely a stripe.

simplifying the detection algorithm further provided further performance benefits. the camera being used runs at 30fps so based on the visible min and max values we can see we are processing some frames twice. Looking at the fps counter the average seems very close to 30 fps overall with outliers lower at the very start of processing.

Simplifying the detection code also allowed for easier implementation of safeguards to detect duplicate ball and off table ball scenarios. As we can see all balls on the table are correctly identified.

Still need to double check balls that are identified twice against their color masks and choose whichever satisfies the constraint more based on area. This should eliminate the effect we see of the 13 and 2 balls incorrectly using other balls as they are no longer on the table.

Still need to do perspective shift and warp correction. This should help with the 8 ball bouncing around as it will allow use of a broader mask threshold values used to identify the 8 ball.
