The unthinkable dashless, buster-only, low% Serges fight in Mega Man X2

After about 30 deaths to Serges (サーゲス), I pieced together what I could do to win under these conditions (buster only, no dash, low%). I can't say if this is the best strat. Let me know if someone has done something better, I'd sure enjoy spending less time on this guy. :)

Step 1: Juggle yourself on the farthest 2 platforms to stay low on the screen and take out the lowest cannon. Work your way up, gradually increasing the size of your safe zone.

Step 2: When you finally beat all the cannons, maintain the high ground on the two platforms. Don't fall below half screen or Serges will sneak above you and it will mess your dodging up. Staying high keeps Serges' hitbox accessible and makes it much easier to dodge the spreading shots (since you can jump).
