Long overdue guide but here is the start of it!
Please remember that every team has different strategies and this series is specifically on how I would personally set up Iron Horse speedruns, the roles, and how to do the individual roles at the ENTRY level of speedrunning. Further optimization and improvement to each role will be entirely up to you! Hope these videos help as they do take quite a lot of time and effort to make and capture so many different POVs of every single role, split, and encounter.
