The torrential rain that drenched the Lower Mainland last weekend was the first test for a new, community-led rainwater solution in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. As Isaac Phan Nay reports, residents there say the St. George Rainway project has helped keep the street from flooding.
