Instant BAN for Accidentally Killing EMS in God's Plan GTA 5 RP - Is this really fair?

I was trying to join Farrah with the Trap on the water, but I was coming in late after it had started. I heard gunfire and saw people shooting around me. I saw boats patrolling on the water (which is how we were attacked the last time). Farrah told me to kill anyone near the water. I also heard a helicopter, and I knew that Farrah didn't have one. As I'm getting near the location, you can hear me say, "This is crazy. I don't know who is who." By this time, Farrah was no longer responding on her phone, so I figured she was killed. When I finally got to the top of the hill, I saw a guy facing me with an AK-47 wearing a black mask near a black chopper. There was another guy facing away from me in a white shirt. I honestly had no clue it was EMS. I assumed they were together because they were the only ones alive, standing near dead bodies. I knew that I was outnumbered and that the guy in black was going to kill me if I didn't kill him first. So I shot at them both (assuming they were a gang). Then the guy in black started calling me an idiot for killing EMS, even though it was an honest mistake. All I knew was that my friends had been attacked and were no longer responding. Prior to that, I was texting Farrah specifically to avoid shooting at the wrong people, and to avoid getting shot at by my own people. I simply reacted when I saw a guy dressed in all black with an AK and a Mask by a black Chopper... I had just read 74 paragraphs of rules the night before, and I honestly had no clue that the guy in white was EMS. I didn't do it on purpose.

I think it's poor admin-ship to ban a new player for an honest mistake, and to treat the situation as though the act was deliberate. They first called me an idiot, and then punished me with a ban as if I intentionally killed EMS. I shared the video in discord and asked if the ban could be lifted. Someone responded by saying I had to put in a ticket. So I put in a ticket and it was answered by the same guy who had just told me to put in a ticket. I presented this video so he could clearly see that I did not kill EMS on purpose. I thought for sure the admin would be reasonable when he saw the footage, but he was not. He responded by saying that the ban is valid because I paused before I shot, so it apparently appeared to him as though I did kill EMS on purpose. Having been an admin in other games, I was completely surprised that he came to that conclusion, and I felt like the situation was not being treated properly. The reason I paused was to make sure I wasn't killing my own people. But from past experience, whenever I hesitate, I am the one who gets killed. So I decided to open fire on the people I saw standing there, assuming they were together. Why would I come up there to kill EMS? That was my second time trying to do a trap, and it didn't even cross my mind that EMS might be up there.

I tried to reason with the admin, but he would not budge, so I sarcastically thanked him for "not helping me," and told him that "I will be adding this video to my playlist of unjust admins on a power trip." Moments later, I was completely kicked out of the Discord and my IP address was permanently banned from God's Plan GTA RP Server. In hindsight, I acknowledge that I shouldn't have said those things, but I spoke rather quickly, based on my emotions, without thinking. I really felt like I was mistreated by the admins, which is something I'm all too familiar with. I've now come to the conclusion that I often get banned quickly because my name has the word "trolling" in it. My gaming name used to be 'prophet,' but there are a lot of people with the same name. So in order to easily be found in a 'Steam' and/or 'YouTube' search without competition, I created the name "trolling prophet." However, I'm not really a troll... it's just a name.
