Dark Academia Townhouse For Rent | The Sims 4 Stop Motion | No CC

Merry Christmas to all who celebrate! Today I'm finally sharing my Dark Academia townhouse build, but I added a little extra to it. There is now another townhouse on the lot and I moved it from Britechester to Windenburg. I have not furnished the second townhouse but please let me know if you'd like me to. Bare in mind that the dark academia house is VERY cluttered and 4 storeys!!!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED doing this one, as you can see I got so carried away it's a 4 storey build! I built it for a single dad and his teenage daughter. I imagine him to be a very intellectual professor. He loves, reading, writing, all things academic really and his daughter is similar but a little more rebellious in her choices, which could play out as an interesting story line, seeing as I imagine him to be a widow who lost his wife when his daughter was still a toddler so he's doted on her ever since.

Lot size is a 30x20 and it'll be on the gallery as a residential, you can change it to a Residential Rental if you have The SIms 4 For Rent.
