Making Pineapple Buns ONLY Speaking Cantonese

Today we got a Chinese Cooking Challenge! We got Cantonese vs Mandarin! We're gonna be making a popular hong kong dessert / chinese food! They're Hong Kong Pineapple buns! They're a type of chinese bun/ chinese bread and they're commonly referred to as bolo bao.
In this challenge, we're going to be speaking in Cantonese only to read the pineapple bun recipe to Mike who speaks primarily Mandarin. We're all Chinese American/ Chinese Canadian so our Chinese isn't that good haha.
