Globalization is not dead but the rules of the “globalization game" are changing. This is why an emerging key competence is flexibility enabling one to react quickly to unexpected challenges and opportunities. These are also appearing as a result of geopolitical friction, due to which nearshoring is among the things being talked about increasingly loudly.
