Rules:
- Can only sign 3 players per transfer window
- Cannot sign anyone higher than the highest rated player at the start of the season (68)
- Only one youth scout this season for League 2
- Can only scout players from British countries (Wales, England, Scotland)

- Decided to scrap the championship sell deal as I won't enjoy the series as much, so ignore me when I say it
