10-Minute Jump Rope Workout

Today's workout:

1 min jump rope - regular bounce / run in place (30 sec each)
1 min jump rope - boxer skip / fast skip
1 min jump rope - toe taps / heel taps
1 min jump rope - 3 step twist / side swipe
1 min jump rope - criss cross / reg bounce fast
1 min jump rope - run in place / boxer skip
1 min jump rope - fast skip / double unders

**complete circuit 3-4x resting 1 min in between each**
