DIY Hair Spa Cream 0% Chemical 100% Natural
Method:
Wash and Soak 3 tablespoons of organic rice in water.
Please avoid basmati as it is processed. The stickier the rice the better.
Let ferment for upto 24 hours at room temperature. - Fermentation in rice helps with formation of good bacteria.
After 24 hours, the rice swells double its rice and has a peculiar odour.
Grind this rice along with the fermented water. Please don’t throw the fermented water.
Strain the ground rice and what you get is Rice Milk protein.
Add 1/4 cup of thick coconut cream. 1/4 cup of Flaxseed gel.

4-5 vitamin- E capsules. Stir till smooth and creamy.
Apply on clean and damp hair.
Hair masks and spa treatments don’t work on dirty greasy hair.
Cover the hair length with rice spa cream and let remain for 30 minutes.
Steam your hair for 15 mins using a hot towel or face/hair steamer (See reference:    • 3 Easy Way To Steam Your Hair At Home | Su...  ).
Rinse with plain water.
If the hair feels sticky then use a mild shampoo and conditioner.
