In this video, you will learn how to use a study log in a very practical manner. The result of this will be that you become a better student.

Learning logs, study logs, or study journals are traditionally used to reflect on what you studied. We will use the study log differently. I discuss a very practical way to use them. We focus on HOW we study, not WHAT we study in this log.
