1️⃣ General Configuration
Go to Administration → Configuration → Features & Options → BUSY for Mandi tab

Enable Mandi option (Auction, Trading, or Both)

Create Default Master for automatic bill sundries like Mandi Tax, Tulai, Jhadai, Adhat, etc.

2️⃣ Master Setup
Configure Bill Sundry nature, accounting, and calculation basis

Add items with default weight per bag, RCM applicability, and expense tagging (Jhadai, Tulai, Adhat, Labour, Mandi Tax, KKF, etc.)

Create vendor/buyer accounts and set Mandi Tax Exemption details

3️⃣ Mandi Transactions
Purchase: Select Mandi transaction type, enter auction details, farmer/vendor info, item quantity & rate, auto-calculate expenses, and save

Sale: Link with purchase, auto-load item details, manage pending transactions, calculate GST & expenses, and save

4️⃣ Mandi Reports
Access Market Fee Register, Stock Not Delivered, and Adhatiya Stock Statement
