00:44 - Forward skating across the width of the ice
01:16 - Forward one-foot glides (Right and Left)
02:57 - Forward slalom
04:24 - Backward skating
05:54 - Backward swizzles (4-6 in a row)
06:52 - Two-foot turn in place
