Try to Switch Network
Try to connect using your mobile data or another wi-fi network. It will work

Disconnect from a VPN
Try disconnecting your device from a VPN and then try relaunch the game

Reset your Network
For iOS go to general settings, reset, reset network settings

On Android, you can close the game, turn on Airplane mode, then turn it off again. Reconnect your phone to Wi-Fi or mobile data, and relaunch the game.

Uninstall then re-install the game

If all else fails, there may be maintenance on their end causing the servers to be down. Just wait a few hours and try relaunching the game again.
