In this video I show you how to set up custom commands on your stream, using Cloudbot from Streamlabs Online.

The custom commands feature is a really nice and easy to configure way to enhance the viewer experience by enabling custom commands to pull jokes, URLs, relevant data, and other key information back into the chat for viewers to see and engage with.

The video is a Cloudbot help video and tutorial on how to configure the custom chat commands, with an overview of what options are available for default commands, variable commands, and some other settings which are important.

I provide a flavour on how best to use custom commands on stream, with some examples too. I also show how you can restrict certain commands to certain user groups such as for just MODs, Subscribers or Regulars on the stream.

Custom commands can be set up on Cloudbot for Twitch, YouTube Gaming and Facebook Gaming, and you also do not need to be using Streamlabs OBS for this, although Streamlabs OBS integrates really well with Streamlabs Online, for obvious reasons.
