Ingredients is as listed below:
4 large mangoes ripe and sweet
1.5 cups sugar
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice filtered, from a medium sized lemon (or use lime juice)
2 tablespoons water
Notes: I used lemon juice (not lime juice as in the texts in the video, but you may also use lime juice). It was a mistake that I entered lime juice instead of lemon juice in the video!
