The cruise ship PACIFIC EXPLORER got moving when the rain stopped after 4:30 pm. The wind blew, but my camera raincoat also stops overloading the microphones. This 4K video is speeded up x1.85, a compromise for seeing the ship starting to move, but not so much the wind-induced camera jitter.
