Toledo - Tapas, seafood, and steak at Disney's coronado springs resort is a place to enjoy a Spanish feast for both vegans and non-vegan foodies alike visiting theme parks. Toledo is a Disney World rooftop restaurant that offers stunning views, delicious dishes, and a surreal atmosphere inspired by the art of Salvador Dali. Whether you want to share some plant-based tapas with your friends, savor a juicy steak with your date, or indulge in a decadent dessert with yourself, Toledo has something for everyone and all diets. The name Toledo comes from the Spanish city that was home to many famous artists, including El Greco and Francisco de Goya. The Disney restaurant features a collection of original sketches by Dali that depict his vision of the future of Spain. The chandelier in the center of the Toledo dining room is made of 500 hand-blown glass pieces and weighs over 4,000 pounds. The menu is influenced by the cuisine of Andalusia, Catalonia, and Galicia, three regions of Spain that have distinct flavors and traditions. The wine list includes over 75 Spanish wines, some of which are exclusive to Toledo and many of them are vegan. Toledo does accept walt disney world annual passholder discounts.
