Throughout the course of Magic the Gathering’s history there have been extremely powerful cards printed in every color. While some colors may have more banned or just plain broken cards than others, each color has had multiple cards that are far and away better than most other cards in the game. Red is of course no exception to this, with cards dating back all the way to the very first set still being powerful and outright dominant to this day.
