Making My N54 Fast AND Reliable! (Road to 700HP+)

In this installment, we're continuing with the N54 build for my 2009 BMW 135i M-Sport. If you've watched the previous episode, the front turbo decided to eat a couple steel screw driver bits, spit them into the outlet and intercooler, while also puking it's metal guts into the intake track, intake of the engine and throughout the oiling system itself! (stripper glitter, EVERYWHERE!)

yeahhhh, needless to say, I could not trust that engine, so this lemon-flavored long-block was sourced. In this video, we install the hot-parts for the ON3 single turbo kit along with the aftermarket BMP forward-facing intake manifold. Everyone said I needed to get a walnut blaster so, I bought and completed the blasting myself as well. - I think they turned out good, what do you think?

We're one step closed to putting down some good, solid numbers with this project. Are we still within budget? hard to say, it might be close! Stay tuned!
