Ingredients:
½ cup - Semolina
½ cup - Rice Flour
½ cup - Gram Flour
½ cup - Curd
Water(as required)
250 grms - Bottle Gourd(peeled, chopped & soaked)
1 cup - Coriander Leaves
2-3 - Green Chilies
1 inch - Ginger(chopped)
½ cup - Capsicum(chopped)
½ cup - Carrot(chopped)
½ cup - Spinach(chopped)
A sprig of Curry Leaves
1 tsp - Garam Masala
½ tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt(as per taste)
2 tsp - Fruit Salt
Water(as required)
2 tbsp - Oil
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 tsp - Sesame Seeds
¼ tsp - Asafetida
