SAND (Sequencer for Audio plugiNs, ...) - Preview

SAND (for iPhone and iPad) is a grid based sequencer for audio plugins. Its aim is to provide an easy and fun yet powerful way to produce music, without getting in the way of creativity.
The user interface is using iOS's native controls, and it's focused on usability, so that it is possible to use it on an iPhone.
Nonetheless it can be completely used without touching the screen if connected to a MIDI controller. Mapping is easy, flexible and 100% customisable.
With the use of buttons mapped as "shift" keys, it augments the possibility for a MIDI device to control the app.
This way the iPhone (or iPad) would become just a screen for a MIDI controller, so the experience would be similar to a hardware groovebox.
