Описание к видео Auscrown cast iron ring burner - how to adjust burner air intake

We'll show you how to adjust the air on the Auscrown ring burner to achieve a nice blue flame for your cooking.

If the burner has a large yellow flame instead of a blue flame with yellow tips, then something is wrong with your burner. One cause of yellow flame is bad mixture of air and gas so you can try adjusting the burner air intake by turning the aeration plate to let more or less oxygen in. The areartion plate is located at the the manifold control. It is normal and essential to have a gap between the adjusting air disc and the inlet of the gas tube for complete combustion

A yellow flame will soot up your pots and pans and create carbon monoxide which is extremely dangerous.
