S01E34 – Our modular mini artic build is moving forward as we tackle the next big step in Moose’s transformation: upgrading to air suspension.

This upgrade is crucial for the road ahead. Not only will it improve ride comfort, it’ll give us the height adjustment we need for coupling with our future tiny home trailer. But, as usual, the job’s not straightforward - our donor axle isn’t a perfect match for Moose’s, so we’re stripping it down, cleaning every part, and getting creative to make it work.

The motor power limit for road-legal e-bikes is 250W meaning the Fafrees F20 Max is not road-legal for use on public roads or cycle paths in the UK without appropriate modifications or registration.

The bike can be used on private land and riders must ensure they comply with local laws and guidelines.

By entering this competition, you confirm that you understand these regulations and will follow all applicable laws before riding the bike. Always check your local rules for riding e-bikes and make any necessary adjustments or registrations before using the bike on public roads.
