Trail Tech fan & Quadlock install - DOT lights & Highbeam control - Oil change - 2012 Yamaha WR450F

I was really sick of this thing overheating so I grabbed a Trail Tech fan for 10% off at Cycle Gear. The install is a bit difficult and I tried some methods that don't work at all. It's well worth it though in significantly lower engine temps. I also installed a Quadlock wireless charger with the vibration dampener. It's working great!

One of my viewers told me about tying the DOT lights into the headlight relay so that I could eliminate the switch on my handbars and they wouldn't be able to be accidently left off. This is a very easy mod and I'm loving not having one more thing to turn on when riding. Then I installed a generic pigtail to the highlight and wired it so I still have the headlight always on but it gave me control of turning the highbeam on and off. In stock form, your bulb has the capability but no method of turning it on.

Finally, I did an oil change because it was time. What do you think of the old filter? Am I running into pressure issues somewhere?
