The awesome boss from metroid fusion is in this game and it is guarding the entrance to Sector Zero. Same rules as before when fighting him: attack the gravity device then use missiles on his face. The area leading up to him is pretty awesome too since it's like...the gravity is messed up, so you know what's coming.
