Stefan is a Product Leader in Alexa Shopping Technology at Amazon. He has a special sense when it comes to knowing what products will and won't be easy for customers to use. He is a pleasure to work with as he is always supplying his colleagues with thoughtful feedback and always recognizes when he is wrong or hasn't considered something in terms of his plan. At Amazon, he is a Lead for Proactive Alerts and Books Conversational Recommendation Experiences. He is in charge of the development of the customer experience and its implementation with engineering. His products include an AI personalized book recommendation system.
