Two similarly set-up skills.
In my opinion, Crescent Slash is still a little better due to addtional crit chance which is highly reduced by Ice Energy.
Combo has more Max chance and Max dmg but it only works well if you already have high max chance, crit chance from CS still ensures you can crit.
