Notes:
‘안녕 나의 설렘아’ It was hard to translate. Directly it means ‘Goodbye, my flutter.’ Typically, 00아(ah) would be used for names, like when calling a friend or someone you’re comfortable with, for example, Seunghyub-ah. And 설렘 means ‘to flutter’. I wanted y’all to get the idea that it’s a very sweet way to say ‘dear you, who once made my heart flutter’.

Personal Thoughts:
I love the lyrics of this song so much… Ah yes I’m gonna say this about every other song damn
But the thing about this song is how it brings you into a scene of its story. It’s beautiful how the term ‘bloom’ was used for someone’s existence growing in your heart, and yet used for overflowing tears. I AM IN TEARS MAN. Imagine the emotional damage I got during the entire 2nd verse, 'when one or two leaves, there's nothing to be upset about, and yet for some reason, you bloomed within me'. I felt that. The kind of denial when he sang 'you're nothing special' and then went on to imply - out of the people who left, who didn't faze me, you leaving did something in my heart. TT
