The main tips:

Take all or some of the special advantages if you can
Exhaust the boss as fast as possible to maximize damage and defense
Make sure that your heroes are quite sturdy
For better chance of survival, bring reliable healer or lifesteal heroes or both
Don't underestimate the enemy
Cleanse your heroes from debuffs as fast as possible and don't rely on buffs and debuffs too much
Bring at least one hero with a non attack skill and make sure that it is available in exhaustion mode to gain exclusive ability

The tips against Harsetti:

Dealing with Harsetti in Hall of Trials is a bit tricky, and may be more difficult that defeating her in the main story.
After mana essence ( mage ) in Abyssal Yufine and mastery of thievery ( thief ) in Astromancer Elena, now it is mastery of sharpshooter ( ranger ) in Harsetti. Although it sounds like an advantage just the same, this one is a bit tricky.
Unlike the first two special undispellable buffs, this one increase exhaustion gauge greatly in weakened mode based on damage. That way, you can only land just some attacks before Harsetti being released from weakened state, back to her normal state which very tanky. And guess what happen when the exhaustion gauge reaches zero? The end, when she grants herself special buff that not let anyone remains.
So, how to deal with it? Actually it is quite simple, you just need to throw away the bonus damage first, then uses it second.
Mastery of sharpshooter let the ranger in the back row deals very big damage on third skill and increase damage by 100% for every critical hit that other allies made, at max at 500%, and fully increase fighting spirit. This stacks is gone after the ranger attacks. Sound a waste to throw it away, right? But considering the exhaustion gauge, if you use it on Harsetti, worst, you can only land one hit by that ranger in exhaustion gauge, which if your damage isn't very big, it's over. Cause after the exhaustion gauge reaches zero, Harsetti will have enough health to survive before unleashing her third skill, while your heroes will be wiped out by that third skill. So, use it only when the weakened state nearly over, or at least make sure that the ranger can attack Harsetti in weakened state two times.
Harsetti lands aoe attacks often, so make sure to survive that.
Harsetti in normal state is immune to debuff, so if you want to use it, better to do it in weakened state.
After using her second skill, Harsetti will grant herself special undispellable barrier, stop exhaustion gauge from increasing, while also grant promotion buff to the ranger with mastery of sharpshooter, which greatly increases damage by third skill. This barrier can be dispelled by very big damage, which results in greatly increase exhaustion gauge. Sounds good, but it is also means a waste of a very big damage. Letting Harsetti has this buff increases her third skill damage, that nearly wipes all of your heroes. So, you may choose the first. But if you are sure that you can survive it, better to choose the latter then. Meanwhile, you can just land basic attack on Harsetti with barrier.
Her minion nulifies any damage, and will enter undispellable stealth buff after suffering three single attacks, which can only be dispelled by aoe attack ( so, bring at least one hero that land an aoe attack ). So, don't attack him unless necessary. If you bring a hero that don't land big damage ( like soul weaver ), better to let him attack the minion instead of Harsetti, so that the exhaustion gauge increase by attack with big damage only.
