The Rum Ham was created by Shana back in 2014 while she was working at The Fork and Wrench in Baltimore, MD. The drink itself was inspired by her favorite show it's Always Sunny In Philadelphia and was awarded the best cocktail in Baltimore by Baltimore Magazine.

2oz (60ml) Rum
1oz (30ml) Aperol
.5oz (15ml) Lemon Juice
1oz (3oml) Pineapple Juice
Egg White
Candied Bacon, Luxardo Cherry &
Orange Wedge Garnish
