Barber Shop: How we opened up 10 locations (2023)

In 2009, Jeff Agnello decided to open up his first barbershop in New Jersey at the young age of 19.

With the help of his brother Joe, taking care of all of the marketing and backend operations, they began building a brand that was geared for success.

It was not easy though, through the years they had some difficulties, but they knew that if they assembled the right team of partners, they will eventually succeed.

Now, in 2021, they have expanded to 10 successful locations in New Jersey and are continuing to grow.
