The practical reality is based on one statement from Sanskrit. ‘Yad Bhavam Tad Bhavati’ which means you become as you think. You become as you think. Fundamentally, everyone has to change to his/her thinking.

There is no way you can change anyone unless that person wants to change the way they think. There are millions of thoughts that pass through the mind. Do we need them all? No and what are the thoughts like? Most of them are based on fear, anxiety and insecurity. Most of the thoughts are about how I am going to survive in this world. Is my money situation going to be alright? Is my relationship going to be intact? Is my health going to be okay? You are constantly being played by these thoughts.Do we have control over these thoughts? Superficially you may say no. We do have. We have become conscious. Step outside. We have to step outside of this process. We are just not victims to our thoughts.
The Tibetan Buddhists have a beautiful saying about this process. They say that ‘The thoughts are our guests. They check in and check out. You are the host.’

No thought will remain there forever. One thought will be replaced by another thought. I want to tell you that the thought energy is a great capital that you have. There is nothing that you cannot accomplish with this thought. ‘Yad Bhavam Tad Bhavati’ – you become as you think.

You have to become totally positive. My definition of faith is positivity. Faith means positivity. Doubt means negativity. I should not doubt that I am going to manifest all these things and if I doubt then I will not. Why? Because I doubt. That’s why thinking is very, very important.

Napoleon Hill went about interviewing people who made millions and millions of dollars and became very successful businessmen and he wrote a book. What’s the name of the book? ‘Think And Grow Rich’. It is by thinking that you do everything. If you don’t think then you cannot do anything.

I said, ‘If you want to manifest a Mercedes Benz, it’s very easy. Hold that thought’, because the thought reality here is not different from the thought in the physical reality. One is linguistic, psychological reality. Another is the physical three-dimensional reality. One cannot exist without the other.

You hold this thought. If you want to manifest anything, if it’s a Mercedes Benz, you just go on saying this, Mercedes Benz, Mercedes Benz, Mercedes Benz and you will find that you are attracting it towards you and this is one example.

Now there is this guy, Leonardo Dicaprio and when he was a boy at the High School, he had a mantra, the mantra was Robert De Niro. All that he wanted to do in his life was to become Robert Di Niro. Robert Di Niro was his mantra. He used to dress like Robert Di Niro, walk like Robert Di Niro, eat like Robert Di Niro, whole consciousness was Robert Di Niro. He wrote this in his book. I read this in his biography.

I am Robert Di Niro, I am Robert Di Niro, I am Robert Di Niro – his whole consciousness is filled with that. That’s how mantra works. What you do with the mantra? The Yogi goes into a meditation. The classical definition of meditation is this. ‘Ekatanata Dhyanam’- Patanjali. Patanjali is the Founder of the Yoga Sutras and he says ‘Ekatanata Dhyanam’.

If you have a bad reality around you, you should take responsibility for it. I thought them into existence. Yes, it’s easy to blame it on others. You cannot blame it on others alone. Only one person you can blame it is yourself.

Second thing, every moment is new. Every moment is new. So far you have not manifested anything. So far everything has gone wrong. But you live in a brand new moment. Every moment is new. Don’t connect with the past or the future moment. You can do everything that you want to do in this moment. This is not a philosophy. This is the truth. Get rid of all your attitudes and live with utter positivity and you can structure a new reality and as I said that we have thought everything into existence. We have thought poverty into existence. We have thought prosperity into existence.

We have thought turmoil into existence. We have thought peace into existence. It’s all from your own thinking process, not only in this lifetime, but also from your previous lifetimes as well. How can you change it? How can you see change? Your mind. How can you change your thinking?
