The Mai Sha Roa Na was created by Anthony Schmidt from False Idol in San Diego. The drink is fantastic, and a great addition to Mai Tai riffs. The Vanilla Mac Nut Cordial is easy to make but might be difficult for you to find a mac nut oil that has not spoiled.

¾ oz lemon juice (22.5 ml)
½ oz vanilla mac nut cordial (15 ml)
½ oz banana liqueur (15 ml)
1 oz Madeira (30 ml)
1 oz OverproofJamaican rum (30 ml)

Vanilla Mac Nut Cordial
1 cup vanilla syrup
4 oz macadamia nut oil
2 tsp 210s
¼ tsp salt
