We take films about African life into UK schools twinned with their peers in Africa. Closing the Gap is supported by Film London and is an idea born out of our latest production From Hay to Timbuktu www.fromhaytotimbuktu.com:

Aims and Objectives
To use entertaining, informative and thought-provoking films to increase knowledge of Africa. It is a UK Development Goal for Africa to twin all UK schools with ones in Africa by 2010 can only be positive if young people are introduced to stories that reflect the breadth and variety of African life, stories of the positivity, ingenuity and enthusiasm of Africa not shown on main stream media.

With the support of Film London we are able to offer some schools up to a 50% discount for our director led screenings, and question & answer session for pupils and teachers. We have a crop of 16 short films for you to choose from.
