And so it happened, developer announced that after many complaints about new artifact set bonus being only viable in new module 18 zone versus enemies in said zone, they actually added 2.5 percent damage to any enemies not only ones from avernus.Also 5 percent bonus remains against demon, fiends and devils so good job.
This not makes it best by any means but it is good they listened to players and made a set viable outside the new zone.I think it could be buffed abit more but we will see, whoever listens to me anyways lol.
Second thing are the boots, rusted iron leggings infamous because of stupidly high negative incoming healing which was -50 percent now has been reduced to -25. Not perfect but now may be viable in party content providing one is running enough tacticals and companion bonus with incoming healing, and healer to have enough outgoing healing.Needs testing, but 5 percent dmg remains and it`s very good.
