In this video I cover how I rally barbarian hordes (Barbarian Imperial Decree) and Resistance Bases (Barbarian Event). This is just how I do it, there may be other ways to counter each. I forgot to say it in the video but if you are setting rally you should be in the Tsar castle type for added rally size and not in the King castle type. I was in King so I could demonstrate using Yeoman Factions.
