Most artists aren’t blocked by lack of ideas or ability.
They’re blocked because their attention is scattered.

In this video, I’m using a simple drawing exercise to demonstrate something often overlooked — attention can be trained, gently and deliberately, through the act of looking.

Seeing isn’t something that just happens.
It’s something you practise.

This way of working has guided my own journey from realism into abstraction and allowed me to stay creatively consistent over time.

I teach these practices in a Zoom workshop called Creative Reset Art of Attention, where we work on rebuilding focus, strengthening observation, and clarifying creative direction.
