John the Baptist

John the Baptist is one of the most enigmatic and powerful characters found in the new testament. Cousin of Jesus and son of Elizabeth and Zechariah, John the Baptist came preaching the Kingdom of Heaven, which is alluding to Old Testament prophesies such as those found in Isaiah.
