Chinese Garden @ Jurong Lake Gardens – Re-opened 8 Sept 2024 | SingaporeIsland

The Japanese and Chinese gardens, which have been closed for redevelopment since May 2019, visitors can now explore the Chinese Garden, which reopened on Sunday (8 September 2024), together with the Japanese Garden.

The reopening marks the complete development of Jurong Lake Gardens - Singapore's first national gardens in the heartlands - the National Parks Board (NParks) said in a media release.

Chinese Garden is a park in Jurong East, Singapore. Built in 1975 by the JTC Corporation and designed by Prof. Yuen-chen Yu, an architect from Taiwan, the Chinese Garden's concept is based on Chinese gardening art.
