Martin's Point Generations Advantage members can conveniently manage their Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefits through the OTC Health Solutions (OTCHS) platform provided by CVS Caremark. Here's how you can access your account, place orders online, and view the OTC catalog:

1. Accessing Your OTC Account:

Online Account Registration:

Visit the OTCHS website: https://www.cvs.com/benefits/dashboard.
If it's your first time, select "Create Account" and follow the instructions. You'll need your member ID, date of birth, ZIP code, and a valid email address.
Each member must have a unique email address for account creation.
After registration, log in using your credentials.

2. Placing an Order Online:

Through the OTCHS Website:

Log in to your OTCHS account at https://www.cvs.com/benefits/dashboard.

Orders are shipped to your home at no extra charge.
Using the OTCHS Mobile App:

Download the OTC Health Solutions app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Log in with your OTCHS credentials.
Browse and order products directly through the app.
3. Viewing the OTC Catalog:

Benefit Details:

Members receive a quarterly allowance to purchase OTC products. The allowance amount varies by plan.
Unused benefits do not carry over to the next quarter.

You can place orders by calling 1-888-628-2770 (TTY: 711), Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 8 PM local time.
In-Store Purchases:

Present your member ID card at participating CVS Pharmacy® stores to use your OTC benefits.
