Recipe 1 Baby Food Avocado Puree
Ingredients :
1/2 Avocado
Breastmilk or formula milk
Cut the avocado in half
Slice or dice the Avocado or you can scoop with a spoon
Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth
Add breastmilk or formula milk to thin the puree
Transfer them to a bowl
Avocado puree is ready :)

Recipe 2 Baby Food Avocado Banana
Ingredients :
1/2 Avocado
1 Banana
Breastmilk or formula milk
Peel and slice the banana
Mash the banana with a fork
Combine the Banana with Avocado

Recipe 3 Baby food Avocado and Sweet potato
Ingredients :
1/2 Avocado
1 cup diced sweet potato
Breastmilk or formula milk
Transfer the sweet potato to a steamer
Cover & Steam them for 10 minutes
Transfer the cooked sweet potato to a bowl
Then mash them with a fork
Combine the sweet potato with avocado

Recipe 4 Baby Food Avocado Yogurt Puree
Ingredients :
1/2 Avocado
Yogurt
Choose plain whole milk yogurt
Yogurt is good for strong bones
Add the yogurt
