Crockpot Reuben Dip

8 ounce block softened plain cream cheese
1/2 pound sliced corn beef, chopped
4 ounces (about 1 1/4 cups) shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 cup Thousand Island Dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup drained sauerkraut

Add all the ingredients to the crockpot and stir together. Cover and cook on high until the cheese melts. Stir every half hour as needed to prevent sticking on the bottom.
