Take this 25 minute vinyasa flow for a heatlhy spine. We will work on twists and opening up the upper back ans shoulders, leaving your spine feeling released and open. We will also work towards Camel pose, which is a deep backbend and shoulder opener. It is a challenging pose so we will work through modifications as well.
