混ぜて焼くだけ！ドライトマトと岩塩のクラッカー：How to make Tomato Cracker｜Veggie Dishes by Peaceful Cuisine

今週のレシピは、ドライトマトと岩塩のクラッカーです。

材料も手軽に手に入りますし、何と言っても混ぜて焼くだけでとても簡単なので是非挑戦してみてくださいね！
ドライトマトを抜いて作ればプレーンな味のクラッカーにもなります。色々とアレンジを加えて自分好みのクラッカーを作るのもいいですね。


【材料】
・薄力粉　150g
・水　40g
・オイル　30g
・塩　小さじ1/4
・ドライトマト　5g

【作り方】
《1》ドライトマトは40gの水で柔らかくなるまで浸水し、細かく刻んでおく。
（この時浸水させた水は捨てない）
《2》ボウルに薄力粉・オイル・塩・《1》を入れ混ぜ合わせてまとめる。
《3》《2》を20cm×20cmほどのジップ付きの袋に入れて平らに伸ばす。
《4》袋を切り開き、好みの大きさに切り込みを入れ、フォークで穴をあける。
《5》《4》に岩塩を適量ふり、180℃で15〜20分ほどオーブンで焼いたら出来上がり。

This week's recipe is "Tomato Cracker". This cracker could be plain cracker by not adding dried tomato. Enjoy!


【INGREDIENTS】
・150g pastry flour
・40g water
・30g oil
・1/4tsp salt
・5g dried tomato

【INSTRUCTION】
1. soak dried tomato with water until it softens.
2. Put everything together and put the dough into a Ziploc(8inch square).
3. Cut the bag and take the dough out.
4. Bake at 350F/180C for 15 – 20 minutes.
